Intento Analytics LLC has an opening for the position of Computer Systems Analyst (Ref# CSA33HGV).

Work Location: Livonia, MI and relocation required to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Job Duties: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and articulate business and stakeholder requirements and identify solutions that will maximize the value delivered. Interview stakeholders, gather, elicit, analyze, and validate business, stakeholder, and solution requirements, and communicate those requirements to solution/development teams through the software development life-cycle (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative). Apply proven communication, modeling, analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation to ensure stakeholder expectations are met. Produce requirements on enterprise projects that require planning, elicitation, documentation, analysis, and management of business. Act as a liaison between the business customer and IT project team by building cooperative, constructive, effective working relationships. Ensure IT understands the business and stakeholder requirements and resolve any gaps in understanding. Plan and monitor activities for business impact analysis activities and choose a business analysis approach that is appropriate for the change. Perform stakeholder analysis to determine potential impacts associated with the change. Translate business concerns, questions, and desires into clear stakeholder requirements through use cases, process diagrams, and functional requirements. Define relationships between various types of requirements and trace requirements to business objectives, test cases, and solutions. Assess the value, urgency, and risk associated with each requirement and evaluate new and changing requirements for impact to projects. Work with stakeholders to reach approval and agreement on requirements. Act as a liaison between the stakeholder and project teams to ensure understanding of the requirements will result in an effective solution. Responsible for requirements analysis and design definition and analyze the needs to recommend a solution or a range of solutions. Analyze and quantify the potential value of the solution options. Model and/or tailor requirements so they are understandable and usable by each stakeholder group. Coordinate and facilitate meetings with representatives from all levels of the organization and vendors as required to support planning, validation/acceptance, and final deployment processes.

Requirements: This position requires a Master’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field. Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years in a related occupation including Business Analyst or related experience. Position requires 2 years of experience with requirements gathering, use cases, and business impact analysis. 40hrs/week.
